In the event a Trio product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Trio shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Trio shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Trio shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Save time with this automatic re-ordering program by having certain pre-made Tidymates® supplies delivered to the doorstep of single-family residences in the continental 48 U.S. States (only),

1 : HOW IT WORKS:
Each SUBSCRIBER’s subscription period begins at a 60 day long interval.
Upon enrollment into the Auto-MATES™ program, two (2) things will happen within 1 business day (a day our company is open for business) thereafter:
- Your first 60 Day supply of Auto-MATES™ package will begin to be prepared and shipped; and
- We will begin to charge your credit card once after each 60 Days.
The subscription package chosen by SUBSCRIBER is charged, prepared and shipped at the beginning of each 60 Day term. Said subscription automatically renews for the next 60 Day Subscription Period, for the same package, in perpetuity or, until the status or preferences of the SUBSCRIBER account has been modified. NOTE: Subscriber may change Auto-MATES™ billing and shipping dates to their adjusted preferences after the first Auto-MATES™ order arrives.

2 : MAKING CHANGES TO:
Log in to your account to modify your profile and/or the settings of your next Auto-MATES™ shipments. Auto-MATES™ package changes made by SUBSCRIBER MUST BE COMPLETED AT LEAST 10 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE NEXT SCHEDULED BILLING DATE IN ORDER TO BECOME EFFECTIVE.
EXAMPLE: David wants to start his next 60 Day subscription early because he realizes he is going to run out of wipes a few weeks before his next 60 Day shipment arrives. Rather than risking downtime, David log’s in to his Auto-MATES™ account and elects to change his next program Start Date to TODAY. David’s credit card is charged for the package rate and we prepare his order for shipping. Now, instead of risking a couple weeks without Tidymates® flushable wipes, David has reset his subscription renewal date to start on TODAYS DATE, and more wipes are on the way!
Processing dates may change to a new date, based on changes to the subscription made by the SUBSCRIBER.
3 : SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All STANDARD SHIPPING in lower 48 states is complimentary and is typically shipped via UPS Sure Post. COMPANY expressly reserves the right to utilize other standard delivery service providers, including but not limited to, USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, etc. Please allow up to 10 days for standard deliveries to arrive. Shipping and Handling (S&H) rates are subject to change. Expedited Shipping may be available in your area, for an extra charge, and only on a non-recurring basis. Other, non Auto-MATES™ items may be ordered separately in the www.buytrio.com GENERAL STORE section of our website. State tax may be charged only when state tax is applicable.

Auto-MATE™ Subscribers may be eligible to receive coupon codes to save money on future purchases.
4 : PRODUCT RETURNS:
We generally do not accept returns of hygienic products due to the individual nature of the products themselves. However, if SUBSCRIBER choses to return an Auto-MATES™ product(s) back to the Company for a non-defective reason, said product(s) must be returned within 30 Days of the Delivery Date to be eligible for a store credit or refund. SUBSCRIBER may be solely responsible for the shipping cost(s) to return any Auto-MATES™ package, and may be subject to up to a 35% restocking fee and other proration(s) from the store credit or refund, for any missing, opened or merchandise otherwise deemed as damaged.

5 : RETURN TO SENDER:
The COMPANY may bill return shipping costs to the SUBSCRIBER for unopened SUBSCRIBER shipment(s) that come back to the COMPANY, and include up to a 35% restocking fee.
HELPFUL HINT:
Avoid potential issues by double-checking your profile information to make sure your mailing address and other contact information is correctly entered.
6 : DECLINED PAYMENTS:
Credit Card transactions which come back to COMPANY as “declined” will be re-attempted up to 3 more times, until transaction processes. COMPANY will attempt to contact SUBSCRIBER by no later than 1 business day after a confirmed, 2nd failed attempt. Should reasonable subsequent attempts to process the 60 Day charge fail, the COMPANY, at its sole discretion, may stop said SUBSCRIBER Auto-MATES™ program until said account is brought back into GOOD STANDING status with the COMPANY.
Delays in collection of the 60 Day charge may also cause a delay in delivery of the product(s), and potentially re-set the date of future, Auto-MATES™ shipments.
SUBSCRIBER accounts which have an extended history of Declined Payments may be subject to ejection from the program.
HELPFUL HINT:
To avoid potential shipping delays and frustration, be sure to keep address and payment information current to keep your account healthy.
7 : CANCELLING YOUR AUTO-MATES™ PROGRAM ACCOUNT
THERE IS NO FEE TO CANCEL. AN AUTO-MATES™ CANCELLATION ELECTED BY THE SUBSCRIBER MUST BE COMPLETED AT LEAST 10 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE NEXT SCHEDULED BILLING DATE IN ORDER TO BECOME EFFECTIVE.
8 : ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS:
All Auto-MATES™ store purchases are securely redirected to, transacted through, stored and protected by our 3rd Party Processor, “Authorize.net”, and meet the highest standards of encrypted, PS1 Certified, security protection’s available. The buytrio.com website itself does not collect nor store credit card information.
* STATE TAX:
is extra and may be added to your total if state tax is applicable in your state.
* THE 60 DAY SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE QUANTITIES OFFERED:
are based on several historic average wipe usage scenarios, per single-family residence, over a 60 Day usage period. Your single-family residence wipe usage may vary. Therefore, the selection of any given 60 Day Auto-MATES™ Subscription Package is not a guarantee that said 60 Day Subscription Package will last a total of 60 Days. 4 : PRODUCT RETURNS:
We generally do not accept returns of hygienic products due to the individual nature of the products themselves. However, if SUBSCRIBER choses to return an Auto-MATES™ product(s) back to the Company for a non-defective reason, said product(s) must be returned within 30 Days of the Delivery Date to be eligible for a store credit or refund. SUBSCRIBER may be solely responsible for the shipping cost(s) to return any Auto-MATES™ package, and may be subject to up to a 35% restocking fee and other proration(s) from the store credit or refund, for any missing, opened or merchandise otherwise deemed as damaged.

5 : RETURN TO SENDER:
The COMPANY may bill return shipping costs to the SUBSCRIBER for unopened SUBSCRIBER shipment(s) that come back to the COMPANY, and include up to a 35% restocking fee.

Avoid potential issues by double-checking your profile information to make sure your mailing address and other contact information is correctly entered.
6 : DECLINED PAYMENTS:
Credit Card transactions which come back to COMPANY as “declined” will be re-attempted up to 3 more times, until transaction processes. COMPANY will attempt to contact SUBSCRIBER by no later than 1 business day after a confirmed, 2nd failed attempt. Should reasonable subsequent attempts to process the 60 Day charge fail, the COMPANY, at its sole discretion, may stop said SUBSCRIBER Auto-MATES™ program until said account is brought back into GOOD STANDING status with the COMPANY.
Delays in collection of the 60 Day charge may also cause a delay in delivery of the product(s), and potentially re-set the date of future, Auto-MATES™ shipments.
SUBSCRIBER accounts which have an extended history of Declined Payments may be subject to ejection from the program.

To avoid potential shipping delays and frustration, be sure to keep address and payment information current to keep your account healthy.
7 : CANCELLING YOUR AUTO-MATES™ PROGRAM ACCOUNT
THERE IS NO FEE TO CANCEL. AN AUTO-MATES™ CANCELLATION ELECTED BY THE SUBSCRIBER MUST BE COMPLETED AT LEAST 10 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE NEXT SCHEDULED BILLING DATE IN ORDER TO BECOME EFFECTIVE.

* SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS:
All Auto-MATES™ store purchases are securely redirected to, transacted through, stored and protected by our 3rd Party Processor, “Authorize.net”, and meet the highest standards of encrypted, PS1 Certified, security protection’s available. The buytrio.com website itself does not collect nor store credit card information.
* STATE TAX:
is extra and may be added to your total if state tax is applicable in your state.
* THE 60 DAY SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE QUANTITIES OFFERED:
are based on several historic average wipe usage scenarios, per single-family residence, over a 60 Day usage period. Your single-family residence wipe usage may vary. Therefore, the selection of any given 60 Day Auto-MATES™ Subscription Package is not a guarantee that said 60 Day Subscription Package will last a total of 60 Days. is not responsible for delays in SUBSCRIBER deliveries due to: Type-O’s by SUBCRIBER in SUBSCRIBER account, declined payments, acts of God (earthquake, flooding, etc.) or, incidents of force majeure (strike, riot, war, etc.).
